PUREFIX is a lifestyle brand committed to supporting a world of PUREPROJECTS. As such, all PUREFIX branded products integrate sustainability at all levels, from sourcing materials, to production utilizing fair-trade processes, energy-use, producing local and supporting indigenous populations wherever possible, distribution, marketing, packaging and beyond. Furthermore, all PUREFIX branded products & services are tied to supporting a variety of causes. This process is open-sourced so that our community selects what causes they would like to see their financial contributions support. As such, PUREFIX is built on a model of conscious consumption where our community votes with their spending power. PUREFIX also crowd-sources the product selection process and then open-sources the product design process, which maximizes efficiencies in the supply, demand and production process. How does it work? If someone is interested in creating or purchasing a PUREFIX branded product, they must first nominate the product. For that product to be selected to go into the design process, a threshold is set on the amount of products that need to be purchase to justify the sustainable production of that product. Once that threshold is met and consumers have financially committed to their purchase, that product goes into into production and is shipped to the purchaser upon completion.
