What is a PUREPROJECT?
In short, a PUREPROJECT has a 'pure' intention at its core and uses creativity and innovation to promote sustainable solutions that advance a common good in the world. A PUREPROJECT:
-strives towards total sustainability, including environmental, social, cultural and economic. -seeks to advance human consciousness. -operates under the belief that we are all one and connected. Therefore, a PUREPROJECT seeks to unite humanity rather than divide. -focuses on creating new possibilities for the future. -explores innovative models for achieving its goals and new systems for working together. -focuses on doing good with dollars while having fun. -adheres to the principal that all stakeholders are considered equal; including customers, vendors, partners, employees, investors, the community (both local and global), and the environment. Inherent within these criteria is a commitment to enriching and enabling the best capabilities for people and the world. A PUREPROJECT holds itself accountable to be trustworthy, compassionate and respectful.
As such, PUREPROJECTS strive to operate by the following principles:
Win-win partnerships – operates as if all parties are working towards a common goal, whether those parties work for the same organization or not. Motivations – clearly clarifies their motivations and intentions in each project and action, so that they may seek alignment with those they engage. Collaboration, not competition – creates solutions where no party ‘loses’ stature, revenue or resources so that all parties achieve more than either would have alone. Relationships – builds trust in the relationship through principled work behaviors. A PUREPROJECT puts the relationship first, over the work. Create value – a PUREPROJECT is designed to create value for everyone concerned. Responsibility - operates as if each involved is 100% responsible for a project, the relationship and its results. Commitment – builds accountability systems to ensure they remain committed to their principles and build them into procedures, working practices, and every day interactions.
